  • REYVO products are intended for personal consumption only. Resale of products purchased from reyvo.in is not permitted without prior written consent from Sharpy Innovations Private Limited.

  • All products listed on the Website are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, packaging, or colour may vary slightly.

4. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Registration

  • By registering on our Coming Soon page, you agree to receive communications from REYVO regarding our launch, early access offers, and brand updates.
  • Registration on the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, early access, or any specific pricing.
  • You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@reyvo.in.

5. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion - including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability - and will issue a full refund in such cases.
  • Bulk or commercial orders may require prior approval. Contact us at hello@reyvo.in for enquiries.

6. Payment

  • We accept payments through our authorised third-party payment gateway(s). Accepted methods will be displayed at checkout.
  • All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely. REYVO does not store your card or banking credentials.
  • In the event of a payment failure, please do not retry immediately. Check your bank statement and contact us at hello@reyvo.in before attempting again to avoid duplicate charges.
  • Any applicable transaction fees or convenience charges levied by the payment gateway will be displayed at checkout prior to confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or logistical disruptions.
  • REYVO is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by you. Please ensure your address is accurate at the time of ordering.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your unavailability and the order is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Website - including but not limited to the REYVO name, the logo, brand identity, product names, imagery, typography, copy, and design - is the exclusive intellectual property of Sharpy Innovations Private Limited.
  • Nothing on this Website shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property without prior written permission.
  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any REYVO brand asset is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
